Founded in 1981 to manage a small beachfront hotel and provide resort consulting, Charter One has developed unique capabilities in resort and hotel property management, both new and turnaround, limited and full service. Our properties consistently operate at a higher occupancy, RevPar premiums and a stronger bottom line than other hotels in their immediate market.
Charter One currently manages hotel properties in Florida, North Carolina and New York. The foundation of employee satisfaction, financial responsibility, and ongoing training has proven to be the measure of our success.
